Join us at St Andrews Botanic Garden for a day of wellbeing activities this Mental Health Awareness Week! Free with standard Garden admission!

Explore mindfulness, meditation, self-care, forest bathing and sketching - while feeling the benefits of being able to connect with nature in the Garden.

Our activities will be suitable for all ages so please join us as a family!

10:30: Introduction to Wellbeing and Mindfulness

11:00: Meditation Walk & Nature Mandalas

12:00: Self-Care Workshop & Making Botanical Skincare

13:00: Wildflower Garden Breathing Exercises

14:00: Forest Bathing, Sit Spots & Sketching

All day: Message Trees, Stone Stacking & Bubbles!
