Nordic Walking

Nordic Walking is a fun, walking workout which uses poles to enhance normal walking to work both the upper and lower body. It’s the perfect way to enjoy the great outdoors and the beauty of the Botanic Garden while getting fitter! Please dress for the outdoors and wear walking shoes rather than boots. You may also wish to bring light weight gloves and a bottle of water. Poles will be provided however you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer. The class is suitable for both beginners and those with experience.
